• We ship within Peru.
• The estimated delivery time is subject to prior coordination, depending on the location.
• Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering and may vary.

6. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns within 2 calendar days after receiving the product, provided it is unused and in its original packaging, and provided the case warrants it.
• No changes or returns are accepted as described in our payment receipts, depending on the type of product.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is approved.
• Some products, such as customized devices, are not eligible for return.
