You must send the product to our address following the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the product has manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we have received and approved the returned product, we will process your refund within the next 7 business days.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Non-Refundable Expenses: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is attributable to ASTCAR TECHNOLOGY.
Changes due to Defects or Errors
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or different from the one ordered, please contact us immediately. We will cover the shipping costs and manage the replacement after you have processed the corresponding product warranty.
